Unopened products returned within 30 days of purchase or pick-up are eligible for a 100% refund. After 30 days, products can be returned for a 50% restocking fee, assuming they are unopened. Products that have been opened and returned within 30 days will be accepted for a 50% restocking fee, unless product is deemed defective.
