Spa Policies

Our policies are designed to provide structure for our facility so that we can provide excellent guest services and ensure that all guests receive the same quality service and treatment.

Card on File:

When booking an appointment online or over the phone, you will be prompted to give a credit or debit card number. This information is held securely in our booking system and cannot be viewed after being entered. Remedy Spa requires this information in order to hold your appointment and in case of a late cancellation or a no show (see below).  Gift cards, cash, check, or another card may still be used in person at check out.


Late Cancellations:

If you are need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least one day in advance. Failure to comply will result in a charge equal to 50% the cost of the originally schedule appointment. This amount will be charged to the card placed on file at the time of booking.


No Show:

If you fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment, without any prior warning, our no show policy will be enforced. The card on file will be charged for the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment.



Unless you are part of a scheduled spa party or a couple’s treatment, we ask that you do not bring any guests with you to appointments. To ensure the safety of children, please make other arrangements for them while you are receiving services. In order to create a relaxing experience for all clients, we need to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment.



At Remedy we do our best to accommodate all expecting mothers. However,  for the safety of both the mother and their new baby, we do not preform massage therapy during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After this time period, treatments will be done on a table specifically designed for growing bumps. For esthetics services such as facials, please inform either the receptionist or your provider if you are pregnant in order for certain skin care products to be avoided. Additionally, Remedy Spa follows the American Pregnancy Association’s guidance and does NOT allow sauna use for any pregnant client.


Product Return Policy:

Unopened products returned within 7 days of purchase or pick-up are eligible for a 100% refund.  Products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.  We highly recommend you take advantage of our FREE sample trials to ensure our all-natural, organic products will work for you and give you the best results for your skin!



For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all spa services for groups of six or more. For other services gratuity is not mandatory, however greatly appreciated.


Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Spa Guest:

As a guest it is your responsibility to express your preferences and expectations. Additionally, we ask that any health concerns are communicated to the provider. In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of that service via phone or email. We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as a client. Maintaining and upholding an ethical practice is important for any profession, just as it is so for massage therapy.  Every staff member and guest reserves the right to stop any treatment, at any given time.



We are a wheelchair accessible spa. However, if you aren’t able to get onto the table yourself, we unfortunately will not be able to assist due to liability reasons.
